It doesn’t get more mountain than this!
At the Panorama Bend, the view opens up to the Bischofsmütze, the landmark of Filzmoos. In the Salzburg summit game, it goes by the name “The Benevolent Queen”. A good place to pause.
The trail ends at the summit of the Rossbrand, known in the summit game as “The Far-Sighted One”. The 360° panorama stretches across around 150 Alpine peaks: from the Hohe Tauern via the Großglockner and Hochkönig to the Bischofsmütze and the Dachstein. Once you’re standing at the top, the name explains itself.
